ELIGIBILITY:
1. Must be a member of the Virginia Junior Holstein Association and $3.00 membership dues paid by May I of the current year.
2. All Holsteins shown in the State of Virginia in the current year and shown by a Virginia Junior Holstein member that meets the requirements in Rule 1 are eligible to be entered in the Junior All Virginia Contest.
3. All entries must be registered in the name of the junior member by MAY I of the current year and exhibited by the owner recorded on the registration paper. Each entry must be accompanied by one (1) 5" x 7" gloss print. This picture must be taken during the current show year.
4. No placing will be considered unless the junior member is the owner at the time the animal is shown in the respective show.

7. One entry per form. This form may be duplicated by entrant.
8. A copy of the front side of the registration paper is to be included with this entry.

RULES
1.  Owners must be a current member of the Virginia Holstein Assoc. Inc. Entry must be entered in the name of the owner as it appears on the registration papers and be housed in Virginia
2. To be eligible for an All-Virginia Award an animal must be shown in a Virginia Holstein Association sponsored show or a District Holstein Club sponsored show.
3. No animal can be entered in more than one single class (i.e.) she cannot be entered in dry and milking class. No animal can be entered in more than one group per class.
4. PHOTOS - must be a professional photo taken during the current show season suggested size is 5 X 7 and 1 PHOTO MUST ACCOMPANY ENTRY FORM. Pictures may be black and white or color. Note: The color photos add to the looks of the All-Virginia plaques. No retouched photos will be allowed - Composite picture or individual pictures will be allowed for group classes. Animals must be identified.
5. At all times the decision of the show committee will be final. The show committee will select 5 judges plus an alternate.
CLASSES

A completed entry form and one (1) professional photograph of the animal taken in the entry year must be submitted together. Incomplete forms or entries that do not have 1 photo will not be accepted.
